The end of an era, the beginning of a new adventure

This week I will be leaving the workshop I have enjoyed for the last two years and be looking for a new adventure.

I love creating spaces full of colour and textiles. My workshop has been described many times as an Aladdin’s Cave of delights. Over the years I have certainly collected some interesting materials and other textile related paraphernalia. There’s nothing like moving all that stuff to a new location to make me realise just how much gorgeous stuff  I have!

Some of it will be packed and bundled up and offered for sale at the Vintage Fair at the end of March in Hexham (details to follow), some of it will be stored for future use and I will make a temporary workroom here at home. I am working on a couple of commissions and I can’t wait to get back to them.

Take a look at this!
